You can reach your aim with Penny Kolsteeg!
Penny is an registered Weight Consultant & is a member of the Dutch Weight Consultant association in The Netherlands. She works strictly according to the rules of the Dutch Food & Nutrition Center in The Hague. This means that she gives healthy advice to reduce your weight using unrefined foods. In other words without the use of food supplements or meal substitutes.

Nowadays there are so many ways of losing weight offered that it only makes it more difficult to make a justified choice. Are you one of the people who have lost their way? Penny will bring you back to the basic principles of healthy eating & she will teach you how to enjoy unrefined foods. She will point out the possibilities & will offer alternatives that are found just around the corner in your local supermarket. You will have more insight in what there is on offer & will actually save you money by making the healthy decision & turning your back to the unhealthy products.

WEIGHT4YOU ON THE MOVE
We've already begun! Join weight4you for a brisk walk. An hour long at a good tempo.
  • Telegraaf 14th of August - Vrouw vandaag article: 'I lose weight with walking', According to English research if you walk 3/4 of an hour a day you can lose up to 9 kgs a year. Research at the Duke University in England shows that you can also reduce your waist measurements as well!
  • Participation doesn't cost anything, only a little effort. You don't even have to enrole. Although please note, walking is at your own risk. Everybody who is healthy enough to do some serious walking is welkom. This is not meant for people with a medical indication. If in doubt please check with your local GP. I do have my first-aid certificate for minor ailments.
  • Where: Het Amsterdamse bos. Meeting place: outside the ‘bezoekers centrum’ (beside the roundabout Bosbaan). When: The 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month, 5th of September then the 19th of September etc..
  • Time: 10:00 departure. We are recognizable in green weight4you t-shirts.
  • Fluid: bring sufficient drink with you (non-alcoholic of course).

Where: Amsterdam - de Aker, Osdorp. Meeting place: The Akermolen on the waterfront between Badhoevedorp & de Aker . Time: 10:00 departure. We are recognizable with our forest green weight4you t-shirts. WhenWednesdays from the 8th of September every other week (next time 22nd of september etc).
